New Discovery Discount

Hi

A friend has been getting prices for a new high Spec discovery.

He has been offered 12% discount.

Price before vat is £49,000.

I said I would have a look into it for him.

Maybe he can do better discount wise?

Can anyone comment from recent experience?

I got about 7% off my new Commercial, ordered in December...might be here in April...

If it is 12% as just dealer discount, it's a very good deal. I normally get 9% dealer discount plus 5% NFU member discount.

i got approx 8k off an se tech back in march 15. beadles LR sidcup. great experience.

I think that the 12% is through a farming buyers group we use... I guess they must conclude quite a lot of Land Rover deals...

I got 10% off a Lux at a main dealer with no px so I'd say 12% is very good going.
