Just wondering if anyone knows where i can get hold of a DVD copy of the Top Gear episode where Clarkson takes the Disc 3 up that Welsh mountain.

I did have it but sadly, somehow managed to erase it

There is a site where you can download it and episodes of Fifth Gear.
If nobody comes up with it in the mean time, I’ll find the URL when I’m on my home PC.

I don’t know the legalities of doing this. So I haven’t tried it my self. No sir not me Oh no.

Did you see that Clarkson won Top Gear's "Plonker of the Year" for that piece for getting into the helicopter and being whisked off to Glasgow airport ....

... with the Disco ignition keys in his pocket.

It was on the "best of" program last night.

It was the second time I'd seen it, and I'm still impressed.

that "welsh" mountain was in sutherland, next to loch eriboll, where they did the disco 3 press launches. the road shots were of the disco on the A838 & A836.

sutherland, last time i was there, was at the top of scotland, unless it has moved?

i was there passing when the japanese press were testing the disco, had a discussion with a man from land rover, saying i had a series III and thought the disco looked well'er plastic, too many electric bits to go wrong, not a real land rover. we agreed to differ.
