Range Rover L322 2007 Power fold mirrors out of sync !!!
Discussion
After a low battery, the mirrors on my 2007 L322 Range Rover decided that one would fold in when the other folds out...
Some days later having tried all the usual things of manually pulling one mirror out and trying to get them to click back in to sync, nothing, the two mirrors continued to do one in one out, with great comedy value for all.
Anyway. Managed to fix it and just thought I would share it with others.
One forum suggested a double press of the button another suggested disconnecting the battery but another suggested pulling fuses as an easier option.
In the fuse box behind the glove compartment there are two 30 Amp fuses that control left and right door mirrors respectively.
Fuse No.11 and No.24
With the car fully unlocked (just in case) pull the passenger side fuse then with the fuse out the passenger mirror will no longer work so you can use the drivers door button to set the drivers door mirror to the same as the passengers, then pull the drivers door fuse, give it a minute (just in case) and put both fuses back in.
Now both mirrors should be back in sync and work as intended...
It may be that you don't need to pull the passenger fuse first or there maybe easier options, everyone is welcome to reply and give their experiences.
Hope it saves someone a trip to the dealers!

Hope it works, let us know how you get on. You need to release the glove box latch on the centre console side to get better access to the fuse box (see cars hand book). Also don't drop the fuse when putting it back in, as I did, you then have to take the lower panel off to get it back, requiring a torx set !!!
Thanks to this post I've now managed to fix my Power Folding Mirror problems .It is fantastic that many people help each other with different tips on repairs etc and we search and look back to find a fix or solution ..Now to fix a fix for my HDC Fault and few others ..Thanks again to the original Post
Hi guys,
I’m Andreas from Germany and I just had to join this forum to express my deep gratitude towards the thread starter. I encountered the exact same problem with my 2006 L322 SC and my service shop (now independent, former MG and Rover dealership) went crazy over it. After disassembling the mirrors and ordering new motors, which didn’t solve the problem, they told me they need to order new mirrors (for about 800 € each without paintwork), which is when I finally started searching the internet for my problem. After not much searching I stumbled about this thread, told my workshop the solution and they were totally baffled when it actually worked. They admitted they would have never figured that out for themselves … (honest guys, lacking a bit of logical thinking though, searching for mechanical problems for clearly an electronic fault.) I still had to fork out 500 € for all their efforts, but it still saved me at least one grand. So once again thank you so much for your great help. And in future I’ll always search the internet before I’ll go blindly to any repair shop …

And another win for this thread. Actually my 2006 didn’t work exactly the same way. It was the same problem but pulling the F24 fuse had no effect. It was only when I pulled the F11 fuse and pressed the button that they came back in sync. Absolutely no complaints from me though. Still helping people out! Thanks.
I'm pretty sure there used to be a Land Rover tech note published for this issue years ago when I worked from them, I thought the issue was solved in the same way but disconnecting the battery to achieve a power cycle and reset, either way the dealer that tried to replace a load of parts should have known better!
