Just been offered a S2a short wheelbase but the chassis is a little infested with tin worm

Apart from space, WD40 and big hammers how hard a job is it to do a chassis swap?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If your chassis is rotten then so will be the bulkhead. This will be more of a problem than the chassis but may people do it so why not.

Had a closer look over the w/end. Although the bulkhead seems fine other factors have led me to turn it down.

If it was just a case of swapping the chassis I would have done it but it needs an engine re-build as well as a new wiring loom and what interior a Landy has is v poor, the springs need replacing as well. It would end up being too expensive and time consuming.

Maybe some other time
