Sat Nav Screen Basic pointers Please

I've just bought a walnut centre console complete with sat nav screen built in to it next to the clock - for a 1997 Range Rover 4.6 HSE.

Now apparently a card has been added to the back to allow it to receive TV signals and play DVDs.

Anybody know what I need to get this working as in power supply, TV aerial, Sat/Nav computer?

I know its a long shot, but just wondering if anybody else has installed them post factory.
