Wanted: Headlamp for P38, O/S

Due to a nice big stone, I now need a driver's side headlamp for my '96 P38.

Check on EBay, I know there are some ones off a 2000 model at the minute - the updated ones that are black on the surrounds.

About £200 if I remember correct.

Hmmm...

Yes I tried eBay first, and have also phoned every breaker listed in 3 different LR mags - no joy.

I can buy one from LR brand new boxed for about £200, but I don't want to do that.

Someone on eBay is selling an entire set of lights for a P38, however one headlight is chipped, and it is the one I want - AAAARRRGH !!!

So, I'm looking for someone breaking one who can sell it to me.

Hve you tried famous four in louth

01507 609444 they break landrovers etc. not sure about p38's though but give them a call

They also have the white light upgrade kit for less than most people on ebay - that's my Xmas present sorted then.

Called them, they only have new ones...
