Mini Will Not Start

My carbed 1275 mini hasn't been running for a couple of weeks now due to an electrical fault. I sorted the fault with the electrics but now it wont start. It's getting spark and fuel is reaching each cylinder, however it starts up for a couple of seconds then cuts out. Has anybody got any advice on what the problem could be??

ive got it working again, now i just need to sort the clutch out.
