Machining Costs?

thinking about building an engine and was wondering if anyone has a rough idea how much it would cost to get the following done on a 1275 block?
(assuming it is bare)

Chemically cleaned
Surfaces refaced
Overbored to a 1293cc and rehoned

And any sugguestions on any thing else that should be done at the same time.

Dont know but I bet its cheeper to do on exchange bases with one of the engine builders (Mini sport, Mini spares etc). As to do in batches would be easyer.
