realistic cost?

ive got the chance of this mini and was wondering if someone can give me a rough idea of the cost to bring the front end up to scratch? (i can source the front wings and Apanels)mainly the welding and paint aspect

800-1500 notes. From my recent research. Depends on extent of welding, and paint prep you will do. If its bulk head forward, i would strongly advise looking at rear valence, rear sub frame, sills, and floor. Things tend to rust at the same rate.....

hmmm i fear that , im assured "it has a few MOTs in it, current condition" i will do the required work over time but right now i still need a day to day car and cant afford to do massive ammounts this very second. the car is very clean inside and from what i can see the bulkhead backward... there is a small ammount of welding required on the A-pillar

If it need "some welding", than it needs to be replaced. Take the advice: look at the car closer at the rust spots (sills, floors, door bottoms, boot floor, rear valace, rear subframe/mounting points etc...
