I am pre supposing this is possible.....

how long to do an engine swap with a prebuilt subframe, engine, running gear and lines (lifting the mini over the lump)

is it jst a case of engine mounts, lines, gear selector, and leccy+fuel?

So all prepped, a 1 day job (5/10hours)

?

All those mentioned except the engine mountings but plus dampers, sub-frame attachments, track-rod ends, choke, throttle, carb(s), servo and brake connections, clutch cylinder, clutch adjustment inc overthrow stops, engine steadies, battery cable fitting, speedo cable, exhaust pipe, plus maybe a few bits I've forgotten.
Two people with the right tools and a knowledge of what goes where and in which sequence might just do it in one day.
Personally I don't like doing it that way. I bolt the sub-frame in first, then do up the bits and pieces, then lower the engine in.
