Searching through some old papers at home I found an old MiniTech News magazine (May 93!) with some 8 port stuff in it. Minispares were developing efi for the 8 port head and I found a couple of pictures of the plenum chamber

I'm after finding out if anything like this, or the gear to make this still exists.

Neil, phone Simon,Keith Dodd or Keith's son at Mini Spares - 01707 607700.
It should not be too difficult, but I guess the mapping of the ECU would be the critical thing, not the mechanical engineering aspects.
Not too much of a market for this though, so maybe they haven't done it. Much easier with twin 40 DCOE's I should think.

Thanks for the info. Yes your probably right, I doubt there is much of a market for it. I guess that why the MBE system costs over £4000!
I'd like fuel injection as it will fit under the standard bonnet profile, plus it will help when there's a turbo hanging off the back of the engine
