Starting problem

Hi. Following my car problems from before with my engine rebuild, it was finally fixed before I have it rolling roaded. Now I thought I'd start it up as I haven't been near it for a couple of weeks and now it won't start. Have the rolling road booked for friday. Turns over ok but won't fire. Any ideas or could it just be the cold (car is kept in a garage)??
