SPI wont start ????????

Hi all,

anyone inhere know about SPI Mini,s ????????
I have a SPI (1994) that wont start when cold???????

It can be pushed to start, and start perfect when warm, but wont start when cold.
It starts right away, if startgas is sprayd down the showerhead.
I have checked all fuses, and connections, all is perfect, I have taken the cold start connection off, under the inlet manifold, and had a look at the wires, but they look like new, I measured these & the wires that go to the "shower" head, and no power(I dont know if there should be power in the twin plug, under the inlet manifold?) I suppose it has to do with coldstart? or? should it have power in one of the wires, when the engine turns on starter motor? there is also a single wire, with a normal connector, under the inlet, what does that do? temp gauge sender?
The fuelpump runs perfect, and that relay is making the right sound when the ignition is turned off, so what is wrong?

your best getting it on a code reader

if the water temp switch is faulty it is a pain to start as it wont 'switch' the choke on - its a while since ive worked on an spi though
