sill replacement order of action.....
Discussion
Right i have ordered:
- inner and outer sills - both sides
- drivers side door step+ rear 1/4
- drivers side door frame/hinge panel
- (front) inner wheel arch/bulk head to a-panel sections, both sodes.
can anyone suggest the order and method to strip and replace thee parts? i cant find any info on how people are doing it?
i dont want to just cu the lot out, as its a rolling chassis and could warp

I have done outer with patches on inner. You are tacking a lot of metel away so you will probably have to make a frame and weld that in to keep it all in the right place. Do one section at a time. I think the lack of posts is just the length of explination that would be required. Repost asking about how to jig the car for this amount of work may be a good start. Hope this helps?
