Valuation help with 1991 Mini

Hi,

My neighbour couple of houses down the road has a 1991 Mini (1275), been parked up for around 5 years.

Had a quick look at it, passenger side sill has holes in it, couldn't get to the drivers side but would guess it's just as bad, couple of small rust patches around the body close to the windows.

He hasn't bothered to start it for a good while, so not sure if it will run yet.

Now considering all of the above, if the engine runs how much is it worth? and if the engine seized?

Not very clued up with Mini's,

I assume it can be a limited edition of some sort?

Most mini's in my expirence have something good going for them... but then again....
