Deep dish wheels

Hi all

Would someone with ultralite or superlight 7 x 13 deep dish wheels be kind enough to measure the rear inside diameter?

Also are the wheels from minispares and minisport the same wheels? I've heard the finish on the ones from minispares is not very good

Any suggestions for an alternative
