My missus would do every 'favour' possible to me if I was to let her buy a Mini (especially a Sport pack)!! What should I do?!

We used to have an HL model many years ago and sold it when the kids came along so it's not completely new to us! Just trying to find a decent one which isn't too expensive and not too rusty!!!

That one does look nice, despite it having those 13" wheels (my pet Mini hate!).
If you go to see it, check the front wings for rust under the front whel arches, as thaqt is a notorious rust area on cars with those arhes where the wings are ut away to fit them.
Obviously check all the other usual rust areas as well.

Does seem tempting smile. The wheels don't seem right though - most Sports seem to have more deeply 'dished' wheels though?

And it's red - the right colour to have.

For that price I could cope with some rust. Some cars are £5k+ which would be a bummer if you needed some remedial work!!

I know - it's got to be done. My only reservation is the safety aspect when carrying 2 young kids in it - there's plenty of numpties out there who treat small cars as if they shouldn't be on the road!!!

They are the standard sportpack wheel, they're not very dished at all really only a 6 x 13 wheel. That doesn't look bad in the pics, worth a look i think though.

That particular add (Red Sportspack), the same guy is also selling an MX5, but if you look in the background of the pic. there's a lovely tahiti blue sportspack also!

If the seller is selling other vehicles or parts it states this at the bottom of one of their adverts. I just looked at his MX5 that he is also selling and noticed the Tahiti blue mini in the background of one of the images. It's not for sale, but he's selling that red mini, he's got a blue mini, wonder if he's got a white one? hehe
