the rears will (you dont have to trim them), but the fronts need doing otherwise the original wing is visible below the arch.

from memory the original hard rubber genuine arches also have a deep inner return that needs to pass through where the original wing/a panal/front panel goes

Have to say, 12" wheels look a bit lost under the really wide Sportpack arches unless you are fitting very wide 12" wheels, in which case you won't get tyres in 12" dia to fit nicely.

Choose only original equipement arches if you can find them.

The aftermarket ones are crap

I think there are a number of bad sportspack arches but I got a set of after market arches second hand off ebay (what a risk) and I have to say the fit was very good. A lot better than any of the other arches I had fitted to the car (non sportspack). Its just I dont know what make they were.

If you want sportspack arches, without fitting 13" wheels or cutting look at W&P or Wood and Pickett arches, look is almost the same, but no need to cut or change the wheels.

A friend of mine who is a Mini bodywork expert says of Sportpack arches that they are 'friends to the rust-bug' as originally fitted by the Rover Rust Company.
