Tyre pressures always go down in cold weather, especially cold mornings. Once late Autumn arrives you'll find the pressures a few PSI down if you've not pumped them up to compensate. Set to about 33 psi all round and see if that helps.
We all seem to like different pressures. I used to run 30/28 or 32/30 on the old 145 section tyres, but I think, and I know it's a personal thing, that 32 all round works better with a 165 section tyre, in both 10" and 12" diameters.
