Discussion
Thought I would drop back in to let you all know that
there is a heap of pictures and a couple of vid clips
of the 2003 Season Mighty Minis championship at my website:
www.denlyonracing.com
We are always on the lookout for new drivers in the championship, so anyone with a Mini cooper SPi fancies a winter conversion project, drop me a line and I'll send you the details..
Cheers

The actual running costs are low.. as it's an almost standard Mini (tyres are £36 +vat, brake pads are about £18 +vat) and even when things break they are reasonable (steering rack - £45) as long as you are doing the work yourself, there should be no nasty bills.
Entry fees are a bone of contention, and are the single largest cost in a season.. £165 per race.. 14 races !
We have asked the championship co-ordinator to negotiate a lower entry for us next year, as we supply the biggest grids.
