Not a clue, but that'll be one hell of an undertaking!!

Be well worth it if you can do it though...

You might find an original parts catalogue - they show up on e-Bay from time to time. Otherwise, one of the specialists might have a list. Somerford Mini springs to mind as a good bet - they seem to know every single bolt size etc off the top of their heads... I doubt they will be prepared to talk you through the whole list, but they may send you a copy. I'm only 10 minutes from Somerford so I can gladly go pick something up if it helps.

Airedale race components - very helpful as well. And unlike all the GRP bits they fit perfectly . Very happy with them.

Erm, off the top of my head about £130 for the pair of door windows, but he offered a deal of £195 ish for all 4 side windows and the rear window. Still wish I'd gone for those and blown the budget again I didn't because I wanted to keep the heated rear window - stupid really because with the rollcage I can see bugger all out of the rear window anyway

The perspex are cheaper, but not a lot, and the polycarbonate are vitually unbreakable...

Good luck. I think that there are a lot of 7/16 UNF used with different sized heads. As well as UNC. The gear box uses a curious combination of UNF and UNC to hold the Clutch cove on. Umm, the best way. Just ask peopl and try and collate a list. Failing that Stainless Steel components, (the guys at the mini show) have a full list. Sorry I don't have their number. I'll see if my father can find an old leaflet of theirs.

Normally all the bolts that bolt into the block are UNF and the gearbox UNC.
I think its to do with the materials that there made from i.e. Cast Iron and Cast Ally and as the flywheel housing bolts onto the side of both all UNF's at top and UNC's at bottom.

I think I may be able to help with this. I've got a parts manual from Moss which lists all of the parts and then gives a table of bolts nuts and screws listed in the back. All you have to do is find the part number and look for the part in the table. It lists the spanner size, length and thread diameter. It proved really usefull when re building my mini with stainless bolts, however one or two were listed wrong. Request a catalogue at [url]www.moss-europe.co.uk/restorationcatalogues/p2785.htm[url] They're free too.
Hope this helps,
Jamie
