I'm currently working on the Gf's mini, and I keep getting a HUGE puddle of water in the passenger footwell. Only the passenger side. I have added a bonnet seal, taken the heater hose plate off, replaced the gasket, siliconed it all up and still there is water. Does anybody have anyidea where it's coming from. I've also put in new wiper plinths, Plugs and washer jets with new seals. I don't think it's coming from the windscreen but that's my next switch, but I have the horible feeling that when I take it out there will be loads of rust.

Leaking screen seal.
Rusted through up the top of the inner wing, beside the fresh air vent.
Leaking door seal.
Rubber seals on the A post (interior light switch/door restrainer area.
Seams on the floor.

Just wait 'til it actually starts to rain!!!!!

Seal - Hmmm Possible
Inner Arch - Don't think so, scuttle is solid but I'll have a check though
Door Seal - Nope not coming in through there
Seal on A Post - Don't think so.
Floor - Nope - Car is static

Car is immobile so no driving through puddles, also checked throughly for holes.

I suppose I'll have to take the windscreen out and brave what I find. I suspec that it may have rotted through.
