Discussion
Will try to remember to post it but likley a tues.
But are you an LSMOC member - only for memebers - only 20quid though - only reason I am one!
Nice Beemer (and it takes alot for me to say that!). What do you race it in?
What kind of mini? or spec?

Yonks ago I was a member of the M3 owners club in Farnborough, not even sure if they still exist. I'm always up for a jaunt around Goodwood, so I'm sure £20 will very soon be heading in the direction of LSMOC.
Re the Beemer - you echo my thoughts. Their road cars don't excite me, but this isn't a Beemer, it's a race car that looks like an M3 . We did some VLN races and Nürburgring 24hrs in 2005; the car is being rebuilt for '06 with lots of extra goodies.
It's a Mini 30 - the 1989 edition in pearlescent cherry red and half leather interior. We'll keep it fairly standard, though it will soon receive some Mk1 chromework and wider 12" wheels for better grip, etc. Nothing lairy or max power. I'd really like a Mk1 again, but this is being driven by my 18yr old stepdaughter on L plates, so magic wand gearsticks and single-leading shoes are a no-no.
