4 pots, refurb or replace?

Took my minispares 4 pots off yesterday and they are in a pretty sh1tty state. They need a darn good clean and there's what looks like a spot of white powdery corrosion on the piston. Tempted to just replace them so that i know the brakes are tip top when it all goes back together, but the're £300 these days.

I'm concerned if i clean them i'll end up doing more damage than good, having said that msot of the stuff that ive taken off my car so far looks like it should be binned but after a good clean and paint etc is fine.

So, any suggestions or how to refurb them or where i get it get it done?
