Doesn’t mean the original shell is any good though, also as said 1972 is a mk3 car unless it was registered a few years after production.
It’s about the right price I’d say for a standard car with a bit of mot, being 1972 it will just qualify for tax exemption. Check that though as I had a ‘L’ registered 1973 which just missed the qualification.
Unless it turns out to be very clean I’d say it’s not very cheap but handy if it is tax exempt.
