wheels and arches

does anyone know if it is possible to get 12inch wheels that can have sport-pack wheel arches?

You can get deep dish 6x12's that should fill the sports pack arch.

but will it still handle just aswell as the normal 12inch wheels?

no experience of them myself, but i'm sure it could be made to handle fine, my mini certainly does on 6x13's
