Trying to track down my mum's old mini
Discussion
Hi all, I'm trying to track down my mum and my old mini. Reg is MLF 628V, 1980 black Austin Morris 848cc manual. I've checked the DVLA and she's still alive my not on the road by the looks of it. This is all a bit new to me but all I know is that we sold it to an old friend who did her up. The car was then sold on to 2 or 3 other people. I would love to track her down and hopefully buy her back, she was a gift to my mum when she was brand new and I learnt to drive in her so she holds a special place I our hearts. Any help of advice would be amazing. I'm not expecting anyone to pass on any personal information, I'm just reaching out in the hope that maybe the owner will see this and get in touch. Grasping at straws but if you don't try, you don't know??
UPDATE: I was sent a link to some photos taken in 2017 & 2019 and she is cream and black.
