hi all just fitted an AP clutch to my 2000 MY mini and the book says i must have a 6mm clearance on the big nut on the bell housing cover but when i do that the pedal goes solid as it just hits the casing any ideas coz im going mad !!!
wind the nut right out, fully depress the clutch, hold it down and adjust the nut to just contact the wok. Release clutch, back off the nut half a turn and lock it out.
