1968 Mini Cooper Twin Tank restoration project

Hi, I've been offered a basket case Mini Cooper Twin Tank, by the looks of it will require a new body shell as exposed to elements many years, can anyone give me a rough idea of what its worth as a project and when restored?

I bit more info would help... does it have its original engine and gearbox, correct speedo, interior, any history, period extras etc...?

If it's a '68 build it'll be a Mk2 so restored into a correct period shell could be worth anywhere between £15k to £20k.
