Keep or Sell...

So after seeing the article about the Dave Brownreworked Mini's I can't help but feel love for them still, ashamed to say mine has been locked away unused for about 4 years, mainly because I have been too busy to get back ontop of things to get him back on the road. Luckily, its been stored in a bone dry garage, and even after all this time, I don't have a patch of rust anywhere, so I guess that's the lucky thing!
But I feel I am at a cross roads, well 3 way junction more to speak, do I
1. Spend a bit of time and cash, improve the refinement of the interior, put the box of bits of I have stored away actually on the car, but the interior has always been the sore point for me, would like to have done more with it, when I acquired it in 2005, I was 22, I am now 34, and love the rawness of it, but actually something that was a bit more refined wouldn't go a miss, I guess that's age. Having a stereo and a bit more sound proofing probably wouldn't go a miss! I have rolls of Alcantara to deploy in the box of bits!
But creating something like this, would be lovely!
2. Spend the money to get it back road legal and its few rough bits sorted so it was nice, new brightwork, wheels refurbed, tyres etc.
3. Sell as is, list the current faults, take the hit and just move on.
I know VTEC mini's are a niche, finding a buyer could take its time, and also prices seem to vary so much, I have seen some change hands for silly low money where if you just had a 1275 in the front of it, would probably go for more. I am genuinely torn.
Anyway, some pics........
