Hi all,
I am looking to get one of the final edition mini Cooper Works cars for fun and investment. I wanted to ask yowu lads who you recommend as a trusted seller of minis and whom can give me the best advice and a good car, low kms. collector one with a miles is ok.

Any thoughts on which one to get would also be good. I am thinking the British Racing Green final edition around 1999 with the GB on the back and the union jack grey roof.

Be careful mate, the last of the old shape rust like hell.

Try one of the mini magzines to find a dealer near you and go have a look, but leave your rose-tinted specs at home.

Lift carpets, peel back trim, and poke deeply.

Many are a tribute to the fibreglass and filler school of sculpture.

Buy from an enthusiast. Not a dealer. Someone that can tell you where they've waxoiled the car since they owned it (prefereably from new). Late cars are rust traps.
