That's because it's a Rover Mini Cabriolet from the mid 90's!

It's either stolen or at very least has the number plates and log book of a tax exempt vehicle simply to save £130ish a year and in their minds boost the value... although in reality it would probably be worth more with the correct vehicle details! (and without that hideous bonnet!)

Odd things I noticed: I believe that the Rover convertibles has interior bonnet release? The wheels are also wrong, they should be 5 spoke revolutions and they've gone to the strange effort of ripping the badge off the steering wheel?

It does indeed smell a little phishie.

It's a 'RINGER'. Or maybe I should say "yet another 'tax exempt' RINGER".
