Bought rare 1964 1275 Cooper S, need top quality restorer
Discussion
Hello people, I've bought a rare Cooper S. 1964 1275 with dry suspension. It needs a full restoration but is matching numbers on an original shell. Looking for a top quality restorer. Any recommendations or experiences would be gratefully received! South of England ideally but not essential. Thanks, Neil
As I did my resto myself can't help but worth having a poke around on here http://mk1-forum.net/index.php
Tony Ennion (The Ennion Workshop) is a first class restorer for any Mini but is particularly knowledgeable about early genuine cars. His services are provided to a high standard and at a fair price.
If your car is genuine and not messed about with it is wise to use someone well known to the Mini Cooper fraternity. Cocking up correct body detailing can ruin a proper car.
Good luck with it.

Agreed. He really is about the best. Mini Machine stopped doing restorations years ago - a pity as they were very good.If your car is genuine and not messed about with it is wise to use someone well known to the Mini Cooper fraternity. Cocking up correct body detailing can ruin a proper car.
