has any one had problems with mini spares own wheel bearings the problems I have just had is that when they were fitted and tight I had backward and forward movement tried two lots of bearings also two cvs and two hubs and two drive flanges and the movement on both sets we sorted it by having to fit a set of second hand Timken bearings

Some new bearing sets have the wrong size spacer (too thick), meaning you don't get the correct pre-load on the bearings.

I had this on a set of rear wheel bearings and I cured it by linishing a couple of thou from the spacer.
