If it's a block of four fuses for the box and you have done as suggested and cleaned all of the fuse ends (and checked them for continuity) and the receptacles they clip into, then you could also check the spade terminals connected to each fuse - they might need cleaning and giving a gentle 'nip' with a pair of pliers to tighten them up before re-fitting them to the spades. After that you are down to checking each circuit for continuity and presence of battery voltage and zero resistance earths. Time consuming, I know but the only way to be certain.
Ha Ha
Knew I shouldn't have said anything...
Last night after being under the bonnet at the clutch and horn wiring.
Horn button - LH indicator
Heater switch - Both indicators
Wipers - nothing
Pulled all the spades off the fuse box and started again
One green wire with a dodgy terminal not sure what it was as when disconnected it didn't stop anything working but put a new terminal on anyway.
Aren't minis brilliant
