Hello,

I've decided to put an inline fuel filter (from minispares) just before the float chamber. Instead of bending and messing around with the solid fuel line from carb to fuel pump (standard mechanical) can I run a braided fuel line instead, bearing in mind its running behind the manifold? Would of course support with a P clip...

Cheers

Ian

Personally I always put the filter at the back, this avoids problems with filters melting/leaking/setting fire etc also helps to avoid fuel vapourisation.
I usually P clip or similar to boot floor and make a small alloy heat shield plate to protect from exhaust heat
