Anyone ever seen an Ashton "s"

I'm looking for my dads mini, I which he built in 1968 ?? It was called the Ashton "s" one distinctive features was it had twin rear wipers on it.

ive got a mk1 with a rear wiper conversion (a decent one using a normal front motor and a drive cable, not one of those rubbish tiny motors that direct drive the arm) - its great

I have seen a car before with twin rear wipers, it was a really neat kit, but I cannot remember how the two arms where driven, whether they where cable driven like mine, with two wiper boxes, or of they had one driven and one dragged - it had a link bar between the two arms, so could have been either I guess

Yeah he used the front complete unit !! I never got to see the car but would love to see it if it is still on the road !! I know it's not on the same reg but that's about it !!!!

Sorry mistake it was built in 1976 was on the road in indigo blue
