Cigerette Lighter fitting

I have a 1998 Mini Cooper Sport MPI. It has never had a cigarette lighter and I would like to fit one. I have bought this http://www.plminishop.com/Electrical_Parts/981/Cig... and was wondering how to fit it? Do I need a relay? Or just an in line fuse to the battery? Or is there somewhere else to wire it to?

As long as you use wire of suitably high amperage, I'm sure just an inline fuse to the battery, or any other suitable 12v source in the engine compartment, such as the starter solenoid, will be fine. (I see the socket has wiring instructions included!)
