73.5 mm piston rings

I am about to refresh our 1380cc race engine and will change the piston rings. It uses Omega 73.5 pistons and on the Minispares site I have found replacement rings but with this note regarding position etc. Can anyone give more info please?

Part No. C-STN96. NOTE - The piston rings are position specific and the second compression rings are directional. The top ring has no directional markings. The second ring has a small dot stamped in to it. This is to be fitted with the dot facing the top of the piston.

you just need to make sure the ring goes the right way up as its tapered.

its no great hassle, no more complicated than putting the head gasket on the right way up!!
