Very nice. Identical to the one I had from new. Do waxoyl it again though! Mine was going rusty under the headlamps before 1000 miles.. Watch the wheel bearings too, I had one collapse when the car was a month old. Hopefully any problems will have been dealt with on yours. They do drive very well!
I really like minis. There's even a comparatively well preserved example hiding in the corner of my garage.
It's just they aren't the most rust proof of cars. Plently of rust traps were designed in: Partly because Alec Issigonis didn't get Pressed Steel involved in the development process early enough and partly because they were still using a 50's production process upto the end of manufacture.
Ideally a get a mini specialist to protect it as they will know the worst spots. Mostly around the base of the windscreen and inside those wings, down the a pillars. Lots of places really. It needs to ooze the stuff on a hot summer's day.

Did anybody mention you need to Waxoyl it?
I'm in the middle of a ground up rebuild on a good doner shell and the areas up around the flitch air vent area on the top of the front bulkhead needs plenty of attention-even a decent shell has hidden corrosion there as I am finding out. Get a waxoxyl lance and get in under the scuttle into the closed scuttle ends, behind the closing panels. You can access under the bonnet where the wiper motor mechanism is. Get plenty into the sills and access the rear of the sills and heelboard where the rear subframe forward mounts are via the rear door bins. Lift up the card trim panels and get a lance right in there!
