Fibre glass bonnet?

Just toying with the idea since one of the mounts on mine is pretty rotten.
What are the pro's/con's and single skin or double skin?

So, modding is required to fit the bonnet... I will bare this in mind when trolling eBay...

The easy way is to fit bonnet pins all round. On mine I get had it hinged at the back with pins at the front. A bit more work but not imposible
