Thinking of getting a mini

Hi thinking about getting a classic mini for hooning about & the odd track day.

Not bothered if it's pristine or low mileage, but has to be usable with as little rust as possible.

Any thought on how much I shoud budget?

It depends on how much work you are able to do yourself.
Maybe reckon on c.£3000 for a decent useable car with a 1275 engine.
