Anyone have any experience of either? Looking to invest and any advice would be helpful!
Thanks.

Don't buy the Aldon one,
Mine died after less than 100 miles.
Granted it was bought and installed over 3 years ago (obviously I don't get to use it much...) but I phoned Aldon, and told them I could prove the mileage, with old MOT's but they weren't interested...
So I bought one of these instead....

I've used aldon ignitors in the past and had a couple of probs with them going down so much so that I used to take a spare dizzy and ignitor in my race spares box and replace every couple of years. Didn't get good service from aldon eithier when I contacted them after one went down at dijon giving a curious missfire all weekend.
You could try a 123 electronic ignition dizzy which is also slightly programable with dip switches.
Edited to add the 123 uses a bosch cap and rotor thus eliminating another source of missfires due to crappy lucas made in india caps and rotors.
