On the right wing, just under the window (not sure what this specific section is called sorry) the paint and seal keeps cracking. Used flexible sealer and everything but have no luck, any suggestions?

Also when I went to Mini show last week I saw a lot of other Minis with the same problem so this must be a common thing sadly.

Factory cars didnt have any sealer there, its a good way to see if a new wing has been fitted

A complete new front end has been fitted wink
It just looks bad due to the white paint, do you know how to stop the cracking?

Take the sealer out as per standard. Also shows your car is flexing a lot,is it standard?

What do you mean by standard?
If you mean engine mods then no.

If the seal is just shrinking ets and that is why you get cracking thats ok, clean it out paint the area as on standerd mini. If you are getting movment at that point it I would have a good look at the subframe mounts.

The rear mounts of the front suspesion may be torn, or rusted around. This makes the front subframe wander, and thus flexes the front wing at each acceletarion. This will develope a "crack" in the paint at the front (wing-front panel)and the rear of the wing (wing-scuttle panel).

1275 cars usualy do this even if the monuts are good. With soild subframe mounts, things get better.

If You ever replace the wing, ask the panel beater to veld the wing as high as possible to make it stifer.

You may find this setup noisy. If soo, try keeping the top mount original (or poly), and go only for solid rear and front.

The noise doesn't bother me.
What sort of noise is it anyway? Road noise? Creeking?
