I've just fitted a 10 row oil cooler using a hose kit from Minispares (rubber not braided). Are these hoses the correct internal diameter to enable a thermostat to be fitted? Can I just cut them and secure the thermostat with jubilee clips?

yes, its all 1/2" bore pipe
