I have a 1998 MPi, totally standard but the suspension has got lower and lower, and it would always hit the bumpstops on a road going to the office, so I thought I should fit new cones.

Looking around there were a few options, but then I found Minitastic suspension. They do three types, town, Fast Road, and race. I have just fitted the fast road, with new knuckels and hi-lo's. All I can say is OMG, seriously the best thing I have ever done to any mini. I have set them up by eye, but I am gong to give it s few weeks and get them set up professionally.

If your thinking about it, do it.

Really really great.

you will find the addition of a rear arb will make them even better - stops the roll that you get with them due to them been non progressive - you can then run the your shockers on a low setting

Well you say that but I took it out last night, to work, and it was fine. Threw it in to some corners and, there was roll, but not enought to make me think I need an ARB.

Perhaps I will rethink this, once I have a few hundred miles on them

my amusement box just came today from Minispares...

I will try to fit the spring tonight and adjust by eye... my problem is that this weekend here are holidays and I cant get the geometry done properly until Tuesday...

How easy was to fit the springs?
