My pickup project needs new floor metal. When I first bought it there was a puddle on either side under the rear load bed, it's worked wonders towards reducing the kerb weight but I'm a big fan of the rigidity benefits of solid metal.

Anyway, what's the best way to sort it? The tunnel and sills are still fine but I think a new heelboard might be a good idea if I'm cutting bits off it anyway.

Are these panels a reasonable solution?

Ah, good shout. I tried their website this morning and it was down so I started looking around for other sources. Tried it again after you posted it and it's back up. Strange.

They seem pretty good. Really well priced and just down the road from me.

Ta.

Check out http://www.minipickup.org/ for all your pickup needs.

Three or four years ago I did the same as you are planning. Lookout for threads about "Pheobi" in the members cars section.
