if it has 'cooper s' subframes fitted, then it shoud be hydrolastic suspension - no mk3 s was ever sold with dry. (unless you mean its had bare hydrolastic frames converted to use dry running gear)
also, it looks to have a later shell, sep 1971 is too early for a rod change floor & solid rear seat back surely??

It's certainly a much later shell.
I always thought that the GT had the 11-stud head, but this one has 9 studs, but I could be wrong there.
It looks to have twin-bolt tower fittings, but the gearbox should be remote- not rod-change.
The rear exhaust mounting appears to be solid, but that may just be the camera angle.
The wheels should be 10" unless it has the3 'Denovo' wheels & tyres.
Pretty colour though and looks very solid.
