I've now had my Griff for a couple of weeks - and beginning to get the hang of driving it, it's fast becomming evident that to really enjoy this car it just begs to be driven faster and faster

Since I would like to keep hold of my driving license, can anyone recommend Track/Airfield days - around the Northwest area?

which is the best; Track or Airfield? - and what about general wear and tear - tyres etc...

Any useful advice most welcome.

Airfield days are harder on the car IMHO - but there should be nowt to hit if you have an "off" = better place to learn the limits (& beyond) of your toy.

Steve, I penned a few notes from my first ever track day at Brands... www.craig.powell.clara.net/tvr/brands_hatch.htm

Took it nice and steady, no brake or tyre issues... but it's worthwhile booking a session with the instructor, just to get off on the right foot if you've never doneit before.

Cheshire eh? Oulton Park must be on your list then?

Yep - just outside Chester - anywhere near yourself?
