Was the purple Griff that drove past my house in South Nutfield any of you guys - was polishing the Chimeara and heard you coming - very restrained I thought, but no mistaking that V8

I'm in South Nutfield nr Redhill. Are you sure it was you - your profile pic looks lighter than the one I saw - it was similar to my colour - BMW Technoviolet

Not heard of RAVEN - from your threads looks like yr an exhaust fan!

I was in that area on the day, the pic does look lighter than car actually is, but probably couldn't be confused with BMW techno violet? As for exhaust, yes after more noise with no power loss.Probably see you driving around sometime. Chow for now.

This part of the world seems very popular for TVR's, I live in Godstone and work from Redhill ( when its sunny IE TODAY black 4.3 Griff, otherwise Volvo Estate....great owning cars at the opposite end of the performance spectrum !! ) I,ve also seen purple Griff recently, at roundabout, by the park in Redhill. Can,t understand why driver didn't wave back to me in Volvo !!

Any of you go to the TVR meets - any good? I keep meaning to get to one - either Surrey or Sussex but as I work in London don't get home till too late - altho now summers here may get the chance in a lighter evening.

Also seen mid blue Tuscan around Nutfield Priory. I guess living next to Mole V. there must be loads of us around.

Guess you've all tried 1st to 2nd shift from the lights at bottom of Redstone Hill into the railway tunnel!

Surrey region of TVRCC meet 3rd Weds at The Talbot, Ripley.
This months meeting was on the 17th, probably 20/25 cars from all over turned up, pretty much a good bunch of guys ( and girls ). Should be much better from now on as longer evenings etc.

Next one will be 15th May, I,ll be going from Godstone, so if any one wants to meet up, for a blast on M25 to the A3,( around 8 p.m.,ish so most of the traffic has gone ) let me know.

Common as muck in Surrey these TVRs – come up to North Cambridgeshire – I've never seen a Tuscan or and only one Cerb on the road up here in this county ... TRUE!

I'm up for that ....

I also went to the East Sussex meeting last night
- had a near death experience on the A275 just past
Sheffield Park, just wizzing thru the bends going
south just past Sheffield Park, went round a blind
bend and wow.... want the fek is that .. bloody
volvo estate overtaking a tractor...

that made me drive normally for nearly 20 seconds.....
